The Milton SuperCouncil is an assembly of the Milton School Council Chairs. The group is co-chaired by the Milton Trustee and Superintendent of Education. Community members who have a particular expertise or interest in a relevant topic are often invited to contribute.
The purpose of the assembly is to discuss, share and make recommendations on issues that impact Milton schools. The community through forums, focus groups, surveys, etc. are invited throughout the year to contribute their thoughts, ideas and strategies to SuperCouncil in an effort to give sound and balance input to support HDSB decisions. The Milton Supercouncil looks to work with Town, Region, School Councils and other educational partners in creating a school community environment for all our students to thrive.
