New Central Highlights

Don't Laugh at Me initiative - linked to our first week activities being developed by staff around 'I Belong at New Central'

Grade 5/6 students attending the Me to We day with Craig Kielburger - connecting to our theme around Creative and Critical Thinking

Partnership with Sheridan College and their Arts program - students will be completing their practicum with each of our classes - engaged in a variety of projects - starting in late December/January

Guest speaker - A Canadian Olympian from Right to Play - to kick off our school moto initiative- Look After Yourself, Look After One Another

Stream of Dreams - Halton conservation authority starting in Sept. with primary classes (this is where the children learn about water conservation and paint the fish and put on our outside fence).
