The Halton District School Board has been in a hiring position in each of the past five (5) years due to an increase in the population within the Halton Region. The Halton Region has been designated as one of the Places to Grow in Ontario by the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing. It is anticipated that the predicted increase in the region’s growth will create new opportunities in teaching, support and administrative positions.
