Automated message sent in error Saturday January 16

Board apologizes for disruption and inconvenience

In the early morning of Saturday, January 16, 2010 an automatic phone message was sent  IN ERROR to all homes that subscribe to the Board’s Synrevoice Home Notification System.

The Halton District School Board apologizes for this disruption and is following up to ensure an error such as this cannot happen again.

The inaccurate message was related to school closures and cancelled transportation due to inclement weather.

Again the Halton District School Board sincerely apologizes for any disruption or inconvenience this may have caused.
