French Speaking Competition held Thursday, March 4, 2010 in Oakville 

March 3, 2010: Participants represent Core French and French Immersion students in elementary and secondary schools  

The annual French Speaking Competition will be held on Thursday, March 4, 2010 at École Forest Trail Public School beginning at 6:30 p.m.  École Forest Trail Public School is located at 1406 Pine Glen Rd. in Oakville.

In total, 19 students from the Core French and French Immersion programs in Halton District School Board’s elementary and secondary schools will participate.  This speech competition is sponsored by Canadian Parents for French.

Competition winners will advance to the final competition on Saturday, May 8, 2010 held at the Glendon College campus of York University.
