May 21, 2010: Trustees did not complete all agenda items on the Halton District School Board meeting of Wednesday, May 19, 2010 and have established a second evening meeting to conclude the agenda.

The Halton District School Board will meet on Wednesday, May 26 at 7 p.m. to continue with the agenda items listed for May 19. The agenda has not changed, and is posted on the Halton District School Board website at www.hdsb.ca  under Board meetings and agenda (May 19, 2010).

At the time the meeting recessed, trustees were in the process of discussions regarding reports presented for information. The agenda will resume at items listed for action (item 4.2.6 on the agenda). No new agenda has been prepared for next Wednesday’s meeting.

The Board meeting is open to members of the public. Public session begins at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, May 26, 2010.  The regular schedule of Board meetings is posted in the upcoming meeting schedule on the Halton District School Board website at www.hdsb.ca.
