Stewarttown Public School, in conjunction with Halton Regional Paramedic Services and the Heart and Stroke Foundation, trained almost 200 students as well as a small group of parents in CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) skills and AED (Automated External Defibrillator) awareness. This all-day event, held Feb. 11, was led by 12 of Stewarttown's Step Up Crew student leaders.
