Development of the 2010-2011 School Year Budget and Education Funding in Halton
 
The Halton District School Board recently invited members of the public to learn how education is funded and how the 2010-2011 School Year Budget is developed.

Parents, guardians and interested members of the public were invited to attend one of the meetings to discuss the Board’s 2010-2011 budget.

The purpose of these public meetings was to present a draft budget for the 2010-2011 school year and ask for public input regarding spending priorities.
