Dear Parents:
Pine Grove’s first PROGRESS Reports will be sent home on Friday, Nov. 11, 2011.
As you are aware, Friday, November 18, 2011 is a Professional Activity Day designated for parent interviews for Grades 1 - 8. Our staff will also be available for interviews at various times before and after school and including some evenings during the week of:
November 14th – November 18th, 2011.
We encourage all parents to book an interview/conference to discuss their child’s report.
** To schedule an interview, please call the office and speak to one of our secretaries on Monday, Oct. 31st, Tuesday, Nov. 1st or Wednesday, Nov. 2nd at (905) 844-6371 from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. to book an appointment.
We advise that you call early if you have a specific request or if you are booking family interviews for more than one child at Pine Grove. Late interview requests will have to be done in the remaining times that are available.
If for any reason you are unable to attend the scheduled interview, please notify the school as soon as possible.
