École Pine Grove Public School, located in the heart of Oakville, is a dynamic school for students in Grades 1 through 8, emphasizing French Immersion programmes. Our school population is approximately 735 students and 50 staff members, including teachers, educational assistants, and secretarial and custodial staff. Pine Grove's Mission is to build a positive, caring community that supports the bilingual learning, growth and development of all our students...pour la vie!

Our strong, passionate and collaborative staff works as a team to support students to strive for excellence in the areas of Academics, Arts and Athletics. The professional dedication and involvement of each staff member to their own personal and team learning in the art of teaching and best practice will be reflected in the accomplishments and enthusiasm of our students. Students are provided with diverse opportunities in the classroom, co-curricular activities and in the community to demonstrate their knowledge, skills and leadership. Here at École Pine Grove Public School, we want to create a safe and caring environment where we respect individual differences and the diversity of cultures. Teachers are designing learning experiences to assure the healthy development of every child so that each one has the knowledge, skills and resiliency to be successful in a rapidly changing world. This process is achieved through TRIBES.

We look forward to working with staff, students and parents to continue to enhance our traditions and celebrations, to implement our shared vision and understanding of what our school stands for and what common goals we will all strive to achieve.  Our energy will focus on creating an enthusiasm for learning that shows others we are a collaborative, engaged and fun community of learners.
