Curtis Ennis, Director of Education for the Halton District School Board has provided an update for school communities regarding the implementation of the new, existing and renewed commitments outlined in the Student Voices report on anti-racism.

“As a Board we are invested in learning more about how well students feel we have responded to incidents of racism in our schools and are committed to continuing to centre student voices and address gaps and disparities identified in the
HDSB Student Census,” says Curtis Ennis, Director of Education for the Halton District School Board. “We will continue to develop targeted awareness strategies and identify systemic actions for response to address racism and anti-oppression, and to monitor the impact of these changes.”
