Today the Halton District School Board is sharing the Director's Final Report for the Burlington Secondary Program Accommodation Review (PAR). This report is an item on the agenda for the Committee of the Whole meeting on Wednesday April 26, 2017. The agenda is posted on the Board's website at www.hdsb.ca
“The release of this report is the next step in the PAR process," says Stuart Miller, Director of Education for the Halton District School Board. “The report contains my recommendations, however, the final decision concerning the report will be made by the Board of Trustees on June 7, 2017. The Board's decision will signal the completion of the process."
High attendance is anticipated at the Committee of the Whole meeting on Wednesday April 26, 2017 from 6-9 p.m., therefore community members are reminded that the meeting will be live-streamed beginning at 6 p.m. so it can be viewed from home. The link to the live-streamed meeting will be on the home page of the Board's website at www.hdsb.ca
Seating is limited in the boardroom of the J.W. Singleton Centre. Therefore, pre-registration is required for anyone wishing to attend the meeting in person. A link will be posted on the Board website and will be activated on Monday, April 24, 2017 at 10 a.m. Only individuals who have pre-registered will be admitted.
Additional audience capacity will be available at M.M. Robinson High School (Studio Theatre) for anyone who wishes to view the live-streamed meeting from that location. M.M. Robinson High School is located at 2425 Upper Middle Road (adjacent to the J.W. Singleton Centre).
