Aldershot High School is situated in southwest Burlington, near the popular Aldershot neighbourhood and beautiful parkland on the harbour. It hosts approximately 975 students who are highly motivated to reach their full potential. It is home to the HDSB I-STEM Program, Specialized High Skills M​ajors and also offers a Can-Fit Fitness Training Program.​

Dr. Frank Hayden Secondary School is a new facility located in a developing neighbourhood in northeast Burlington. It is fully integrated with a community recreation facility which offers both indoor and outdoor athletic facilities and a public library. Elsie MacGill Secondary School

Elsie MacGill SS is a newly-constructed three-story modern and accessible school offering a triple gym, a Community Pathways Program hub, Specialist High Skills Majors and the HDSB’s I-STEM Program. The school is named after Elsie MacGill, a Canadian aeronautical engineer who was a leader in business and a member of the Royal Commission on the Status of Women in Canada (1967-70).
