Let's Keep Our School Zone Safe

We know that drop-off and pick-up times can be busy, and we appreciate your patience and care in keeping our school community safe. As you drive near the school, please slow down and be mindful of students and families walking.

With the added snowbanks along boulevards, driveways, and parking lots, we understand that dropping off students can be more challenging. To help reduce congestion and improve safety, we encourage families who are able to walk to school and use the Crossing Guards at designated intersections.  When walking to school, city sidewalks are not always cleared immediately.  The path and hill area at the back of the school (from Glenashton) can be slippery if it has not been cleared by the City. You may wish to walk to school using the front entrance.

Safe Drop-Off, Parking & Crossing Guards

If you need to park on a side street, please ensure your child crosses at a safe location—not in the middle of the street. Students should walk to the nearest stop sign or a crossing guard for a safe crossing.

Nearby Crossing Guard Locations:
✅ Glenashton Dr. & Caldwell Dr.
✅ Grand Ravine Dr. & Oakmead Blvd.

✅ River Oaks Blvd. & Oakmead Blvd.

🚗 Please avoid parking in or blocking driveways. Our neighbors need to be able to enter and exit their driveways at all times.

Suggested Parking & Drop-Off Locations: SEE MAP

📍 Grand Ravine Drive – South side parking only
📍 Fernlea Crescent – Pathway to the school at the north end
