Burlington Central High School (BCHS) is located in central Burlington in close proximity to downtown and the picturesque waterfront. The school accommodates a community of 900 students in Grades 9 through 12 in their pursuit of academic excellence. The school offers Cooperative Education, Dual Credit, and  Specialist High Skills Majors in Arts & Culture, Construction, and Manufacturing. BCHS also offers French Immersion for students who wish to continue their education in the French language. Qualified students can apply to the Accelerated Learning Program (ALP) for Grade 9 & 10 in preparation for the IB Diploma Program​ in Grade 11 & 12. BCHS also welcomes fee-paying students to our International Student Program.

Dr. Frank Hayden Secondary School opened its doors in September 2013. It is located in a neighbourhood in North East Burlington. It is fully integrated with a community recreation facility which offers both indoor and outdoor athletic facilities and a public library. Dr. Frank Hayden invites each of its 1,300 students in grades 9 through 12 to use its facilities and technology to enrich and expand their scholastic experience to the outer edges of their imaginations.

M.M Robinson High School (MMR) is located in north central Burlington. The site includes a City of Burlington swimming pool, and is in close proximity to greenspace and a shopping are. MMR has approximately 1200 enthusiastic, global learners. The school offers programming for Grades 9 through 12 including the following specialty programs: French Immersion, Specialist High Skills Majors, OYAP, Community Pathways Program, Essential Pathway..

Nelson High School is located in south central Burlington. Acton District School is located in the community of Acton in Halton Hills, less than 30 min north of Milton, and only 15 min from Georgetown  The school provides a dynamic learning environment for its students in grades 7-12, with a strong combination of humanities, arts, athletics, tech and science programs. Georgetown District High School (GDHS) is located in the picturesque and historic town of Georgetown, in the municipality of Halton Hills. Elsie MacGill SS is a three-story accessible school features 21st century teaching layouts, air conditioning with individual classroom controls, triple gym, bus lay-by and student drop-off area. It also has a Community Pathways Program hub, which accommodates four classrooms with a common kitchen area and sensory rooms. The school began offering the HDSB’s I-STEM Program in Fall 2022. The school is named after Elsie MacGill, a pioneering aeronautical engineer, held numerous leadership roles in business and was a member of the Royal Commission on the Status of Women in Canada (1967-70). MacGill is a recipient of the Order of Canada.​​

Garth Webb Secondary School (GWSS) opened in September 2012 and is named after WWII Veteran Garth Webb. Mr. Webb was instrumental in the opening of the Juno Beach Centre in Normandy, France. The Juno Beach Centre is an education centre and memorial to all who served Canada in the Second World War.  GWSS is a “walk-to” school, meaning there are no school buses, creating a close community feel. 

This school offers an extensive selection of extracurricular activities, athletic teams, student-led councils, and academic clubs that support leadership, creativity, physical activity, and academic excellence.

Iroquois Ridge High School (IRHS) is located in a growing neighborhood in northeast Oakville.
