Request a Transcript

The Ontario Student Transcript (OST) is the official record of a student's academic achievement at the secondary school level in Ontario. Transcripts are required for post-secondary institutions and other reasons.

STEP 1:

OST requests can be made by completing this Transcript Request Form. Please allow one week for processing.

STEP 2:

There is a $20.00 fee for printed copies.  Please send a copy of your receipt along with your request.

Please pay through School Cash Online 

STEP 3:

A copy of your government issued photo ID will need to be sent.

STEP 4:

Once you have completed all of the steps above, please email your documents to nortona@hdsb.ca

Applying to Ontario Colleges or Universities?

  • You must be a former HDSB student.
  • You’ll need to pay a transcript fee online.
  • You only need to request one transcript. It will be forwarded to all your post-secondary choices by the application centre.

Still in secondary school? You do not need to request a transcript - your school will send it directly to OCAS or OUAC for you.

  • First two copies: $20.00
  • Each additional copy (ordered at the same time): $5.00

Summer Support for OUAC/OCAS Inquiries

During the summer, Gary Allan Learning Centre (GALC) staff are available to support urgent student needs related to OUAC and OCAS. This team can assist with post-secondary processes and make necessary updates to student accounts.

Students and families are encouraged to first contact their home school. If home school staff are unavailable, please reach out to GALC at summerschool@hdsb.ca
