Principal's Message

Welcome to Bruce T. Lindley PS, where every student is valued, supported, and encouraged to reach their full potential. I am honored to serve as the Principal of this wonderful school community within the Halton District School Board. Located just off Guelph Line and Dundas in Burlington, we are proud to provide a safe, inclusive, and caring learning environment that inspires curiosity, creativity, and confidence.

Serving approximately 325 students from Kindergarten through Grade 6, our vibrant community is home to specialized programming, including French Immersion offered from Grades 2 to 6. This year, our core focus centers around empathy, sustainability, and excellence in academics. We are set for a wonderful year of learning, growth, and meaningful experiences.

At the heart of our mission is a commitment to academic excellence and well-being. Our dedicated staff work collaboratively to support high achievement and personal growth using a holistic, whole-person approach. We foster a positive culture rooted in kindness, empathy, caring for others, and building strong character.

As a proud Sustainable School working alongside Learning for a Sustainable Future (LSF), we actively engage our students in protecting and caring for our planet. Beyond the classroom, our staff provide enriching extracurricular opportunities through a variety of clubs and athletic teams. Above all, strong partnerships with families, caregivers, and the wider community remain central to our success, and we deeply value open communication between home and school.
