On Thursday, October 1st from 4:30–7:00 PM, we invite you to join us in celebrating the start of a new school year together.
This will be a wonderful opportunity to enjoy some food, spend time with other Hadfield families, meet your child’s educators, and see the classroom spaces where learning and growth will happen this year. Most importantly, it’s a chance to connect as a community and celebrate the beginning of our shared journey for 2026–2027.
Between 4:30-6PM, families are invited to enjoy the activities outside together, eat some food and meet other families. Between 6-7PM, classroom spaces will be open for you to visit and meet your child’s educators.
Our outside portion, from 4:30-6:00 will feature some super fun inflatables for the students of all ages. Students will require a wristband to utilize the inflatables.
We are offering Pizza, Samosas, Chips, Pop, Water, Fresh Popped Popcorn, Ice Dawgs, Freezies and Cookies on School Cash Online for PRESALE ONLY.
This year we will be offering FULL size Pizzas to purchase as opposed to slices. On School Cash Online you can purchase small, medium or large pizzas in various flavours, as well as drinks and various treats. We have also made some Combos which give a little price break and make ordering easier for families. All fees are up on School Cash Online and will be available to purchase until Monday, September 28.
On Wednesday, September 30th we will send home zippy’s with any tickets for food items that you have purchased as well as Bouncy Wristbands for the Welcome Back Celebration in your child’s backpack. We are trying to make this event as seamless as possible but having everything pre-purchased.
School Council will also be holding a used book sale so families can purchase gently used books for their families.
