Principal's Message

I am honoured to be the Principal of Eastview. I have served in education in various capacities for over 29 years.  At our school, we believe in something powerful: everyone has a story.

Every student who walks through our doors carries unique experiences, talents, dreams, challenges, and possibilities. Those stories matter. They shape who we are, how we learn, and how we connect. As principal, I am incredibly proud to lead a school community where every voice is valued, every person belongs, and every story has the power to inspire.

Our vision is simple: Foster Kindness, Inspire Joy, and Champion Belonging.

Kindness is not just something we encourage;  it is something we live. In our classrooms, hallways, playgrounds, and community, we choose compassion, empathy, and respect. We lift one another and celebrate the strengths that make each of us unique.

Joy fuels learning. We want our students to feel excited to come to school each day, be curious, be confident, be creative, and be ready to discover their potential. When students experience joy, they take risks, build resilience, and develop a lifelong love of learning.

Belonging is at the heart of everything we do. Every student deserves to feel seen, heard, safe, and valued. Our differences are our strength, and together we are building a community where everyone knows they matter.

This year, we will continue to dream big, work hard, celebrate often, and support one another every step of the way. We are creating more than a school, we are building a place where stories connect us, kindness guides us, joy energizes us, and belonging empowers us all.
