Principal’s Message
I am proud to serve as the Principal of Falgarwood Public School, alongside my Vice-Principal, Shannon Scullion. Together, we are committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment where every student feels valued, supported, and inspired to learn.
At Falgarwood Public School, we believe that a great education begins with a strong sense of belonging. Serving students from Kindergarten to Grade 8, our school is defined by a culture of kindness that we intentionally nurture every single day. We are proud to be a truly inclusive learning community, including two Community Pathways classrooms that enrich the fabric of our school and strengthen our commitment to supporting all learners. Our dedicated educators work collaboratively, sharing their expertise and passion to design meaningful learning experiences that challenge, inspire, and support every child who walks through our doors.
We recognize that student success is built on a strong foundation of well-being. Thanks to the generous support of the Halton Learning Foundation, along with the contributions of our local community and volunteers, we proudly offer a Breakfast Program four days a week to ensure that our students begin their day nourished and ready to learn.
Beyond the classroom, Falgarwood is a vibrant and active school community. From competitive sports teams and a variety of student clubs to our prestigious Eco-School status, our students are encouraged to explore their interests and develop leadership skills. Whether they are supporting environmental initiatives, participating in school activities, or cheering on their peers, our students are learning what it means to be proud, engaged, and responsible citizens.
At Falgarwood, we know that education is strongest when schools and families work together. We deeply value the partnerships we share with our families, caregivers, and community members, and we appreciate the many ways you support our students and school. Together, we continue to build a positive and inclusive environment where every child can grow academically, socially, and emotionally. I feel incredibly fortunate to be part of such a caring and supportive community and look forward to the many successes we will continue to celebrate together.
