Final Exam Information

We want to remind everyone of the importance of completing all components of the final course evaluations. These evaluations provide valuable insight into students' understanding and academic progress.

·         Prior to the designated Final Evaluation Block (January 22nd-28th), students will participate in activities designed to review material and prepare for exams.

·         The last day to submit course work is January 14th for evaluation.

Exam Attendance: We understand that continuity in education is essential, and we encourage students to remain in school during the Course Performance Task and Final Evaluation period. Missing exams can affect their academic standing and understanding of course content. We encourage students to attend their exams unless there is a valid reason for missing them.

·         Exceptional situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

·         If an absence is unavoidable, please fill out the Exam Conflict Form, and someone will be in touch with you after the form is submitted. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in reinforcing this important expectation.

Extended Absence Protocol

Please complete this 2-step process if your student will be away for 4 or more consecutive days:

1. Parents complete the Extended Absence Form.  No attendance will be recorded until submitted.

2.   Student brings Course of Study page to each of their teachers BEFORE the absence, then submits it to the Main Office once completed.  (Blank form is also available in the Main Office)
