Timetable Changes - Complete Google Form
Due to the large number of requests, emails requesting timetable changes cannot be processed. If you are requesting any change to your timetable, you must follow the process listed in your June timetable email (received by current 10s-12s) and on our website: complete the Course Change Request Form. This will allow us to process all requested changes much faster. We will then contact you about your request.
Guidance Appointments Paused
To expedite timetable changes, Guidance appointments are paused in the late June, August, and early September and will resume in mid-September. If you need any change to your timetable, complete the Course Change Request Form linked above.
Timetables
Updated timetables will be sent to all students by September 3rd.
Email Responses
We receive a high number of emails at this time of year and aim to reply to necessary emails in 1-2 work days. Emails are not monitored during evenings and weekends.
September Startup
The first day of school is Tuesday, September 8th with an alternate schedule. The last day to request a change to Semester 1 timetables is Friday, September 18th, 2026.
