Student Pick-Up During the Day

• Parents/guardians must ring the main office doorbell.
• Students remain in class until you arrive.
• No early dismissals after 2:15 p.m.

Dropping Off Forgotten Items

• Leave items at the main entrance.
• Please label with student name, teacher and grade.
• Students will be called at Breaks

Outdoor Play

• Students go outside during breaks. Please ensure they bring appropriate clothing and have a change of clothes in case of accidents.

Nut-Free School

Heritage Glen is a nut-free school. Please do not send food containing nuts.

Halton Skills Competition Success

Congratulations to the 44 students who proudly represented Heritage Glen at this week’s Halton Skills Competition!

Our students showcased their talents across 12 exciting categories, including Character Animation, Robotics, Technology, Construction, Landscape Design, and TV/Video Production. Their creativity, problem-solving, and dedication were on full display throughout the event.

While official results will be announced in the coming weeks, we are incredibly proud of how all participants performed and represented our school community.

Spring Flower Fundraiser

Student Parliament is excited to announce our Spring Flower Fundraiser for 2026.  This is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the coming season and special people in our lives while supporting our school community.

We will be offering a variety of beautiful hanging baskets from Zomer's Greenhouses.  This inclues 10" Hanging Baskets for $20 each and 12" Hanging Baskets for $28.00.

Please submit your order by April 17th using School Cash Online.  Flowers will be delivered on May 7th.

Community Coffee Session

Parents/guardians are invited to join us for a conversation about student assessment and report cards.

Time: 8:30 a.m.

This is a great opportunity to ask questions about how student progress is evaluated.

Hat & Mitten Donation Drive

Our Student Parliament is collecting new winter hats and mittens to support the Safetynet Charity in Oakville.

Collection Dates: Jan. 19 – Feb. 28

Donations can be sent with students or placed on the tree at the front of the school. Participation is optional but appreciated.
