School-Wide Wonderland Trip Reminder
Canada's Wonderland is completely cashless. Pay for food, merchandise, and games using only debit, credit, or mobile payments (like Apple Pay and Google Pay). If cash is brought to the park, one of the park's Cash-to-Card kiosks within the park can be used. For more details, please visit Canada's Wonderland website.
Students to Celebrate!
Fun Fact: Duties of a page include delivering motions, petitions, bills and other documents to the Members of Provincial Parliament. And because the pages need to know who they are delivering the documents to, they have to memorize the 124 MPPs in the legislature. Amazing job, Manuthi and Olivia!
"Bike to school” Week "
We’re giving away free gear all week just for riding your bike. Every morning you commute on two wheels, be sure to get a ticket from Mrs. Jackson to drop in the office raffle box. You could walk away with free t-shirts, bike lights, bells, or frisbees! See you on two wheels next week!
Celebrating Ontario Day
On Monday, June 1, our school will be recognizing Ontario Day. This special day is an opportunity for us to celebrate the rich history, diverse culture, and bright future of our incredible province. To mark the occasion, we will kick off the day with a special morning announcement. Throughout the day, students will participate in meaningful discussions in their homerooms, exploring the remarkable achievements of key Ontarians who have shaped our communities, country, and world. We are proud to celebrate our province's heritage and inspire our students to make their own positive marks on Ontario's future!
Library News
All books are due back to the library June 12. (Look in your lockers and under your beds!) Did you know students can borrow up to 10 books for the summer? To be eligible, students must be returning to Stewarttown in September, and currently have a clean library record (no overdue/lost books). Students are invited to speak to Mrs. Cunningham if they would like to participate!
