Welcome to Stewarttown Middle School!

As the proud Principal of Stewarttown Middle School, it is my pleasure to welcome you to our vibrant school community. Located in Georgetown, we serve students in Grades 6, 7, and 8, offering a transition experience that is truly unique within the Halton District School Board.

Being one of the few dedicated middle schools in the HDSB allows us to tailor our environment specifically to the developmental needs of young adolescents. We understand that these years are a time of significant growth, and our staff is dedicated to ensuring every student feels supported during this journey.

Our work is guided by the HDSB Multi-Year Strategic Plan. We are committed to fostering a safe, inclusive, and equitable learning environment where every student is valued and sees their identity reflected in their daily learning. Representation matters, and we strive to ensure our classrooms are spaces where all voices are heard.

We believe that school spirit is built through engagement. Stewarttown prides itself on offering a robust selection of sports, extracurriculars, and leadership activities. Whether on the court, in a club, or through school-wide events, we encourage every student to find their passion and build lasting connections beyond academics.
