  • 9:10 – 9:25 am: Supervision

  • 9:25 – 10:25 am: Period 1

  • 10:25 – 11:25 am: Period 2

  • 11:25 am – 12:05 pm: Nutrition Break

  • 12:05 – 1:05 pm: Period 3

  • 1:05 – 2:05 pm: Period 4

  • 2:05 – 2:45 pm: Nutrition Break

  • 2:45 – 3:45 pm: Period 5

  • 3:45 – 4:00 pm: Supervision


First Day of School

Date: Tuesday, September 8, 2026

  • Morning Meeting Spot: Meet on the "Primary Field" behind the climber. Look for your teacher holding a sign with the class code and their name.

  • End of Day Pick-Up: Pick-up is at Door 13.

Curriculum Highlights

  • French: Starting with sounds and phonemes, moving to reading, writing, speaking, and listening.

  • Math: Learning is organized into 5 areas: Number, Data, Spatial Sense, Algebra, and Financial Literacy (incorporating Social Emotional Learning).

  • Science: Four units: States of Matter, Air & Water, Growth and Changes in Animals, and Simple Machines.

  • Social Studies: Two major units: Changing Family and Community Traditions, and Global Communities.

  • Health: Covers safety at home and school, growth and development, healthy eating, and dental health (teeth).

  • Art: Exploring elements of art, famous artists, and art as it relates to world events and celebrations.
