Have Your Say Survey

Join the Conversation by Completing the Have Your Say Survey

The HDSB is inviting parents/guardians of Kindergarten to Grade 3 students, students in Grade 4 to 12 and HDSB staff to complete the Have Your Say survey. The information gathered from the survey will help our schools continue to create a positive environment, inform school improvement and well-being plans and allow parents/guardians and students to have a voice in creating a supportive community at our schools. The survey is accessible using a mobile device. Surveys are available in the following languages: Arabic, French, Hindi, Punjabi, Russian, Simplified Chinese, Spanish and Urdu.

The surveys are confidential and voluntary, and participants can skip any question they do not wish to answer.

Participants will be asked to respond to questions related to learning and instruction, safety and well-being, school-home partnership, etc. This year’s Have Your Say survey also includes questions about identity, as mandated by the Anti-Racism Act, 2017, and the Ontario’s Education Equity Action Plan.
