2025/2026 Long Term Accommodation Plan (LTAP)
The Halton District School Board’s Facility Services and Planning Departments have transitioned the Long-Term Accommodation Plan (LTAP) to a virtual and interactive site that community members can easily navigate to better understand future enrolment projections, school facility information, key performance indicators, and future projects in their communities over a 15-year time period. The 2025/2026 LTAP site is now available, with an abridged printable /PDF copy now available as a companion document.

A printable PDF abridged version of the LTAP is also available in order to provide transparent data to our community and for record keeping purposes. This document includes the following data from the LTAP:
- Executive Summary highlighting completed and upcoming projects
- Regional and enrolment summary
- Enrolment projections by municipality, panel, and school
- Facility Key Performance Indicators by school
- Full list of completed, ongoing, and proposed planning initiatives including boundary reviews, new schools projects, and funding requests.
Navigating the Proposed Priority Projects
Priority projects outlined in the LTAP may include, but are not limited to, new school projects, boundary reviews, enrolment redirections, and program and accommodation reviews. These projects are presented as short-term, medium-term, and long-term plans. Our goal is to provide an overview of planned actions so HDSB community members and stakeholders are aware of what projects to expect in the future, when to expect them, why they are necessary, and what the benefits will be to their community.
