Valedictorian 2026
It’s almost time to select the Valedictorian for the graduating Class of 2026. This process consists of several steps; Grade 12's nominate students who they think should represent the graduating class; administrators approve the top several selections; and then at the grad breakfast, grads vote through a QR code between the finalist to decide who best represents the qualities of TAB Valedictorian. While our Valedictorian should be someone who demonstrates academic capabilities, the following traits are also considered important:

The T. A. Blakelock Valedictorian should:

  • Be representative of their grade 12 class as a cohort
  • Be someone who has shown a connection with the wide variety of students at TAB
  • Be someone who is respected and admired by their peers
  • Demonstrate a consistent work ethic
  • Demonstrate integrity, honesty, and good character
  • Have participated in a wide variety of events & activities at the school

Stay tuned for an announcements about nomination forms being available for pick up in the office.
