Student Card Request

If you have lost your student card, and you have had a photo taken at the school by Edge Imaging, you can request a new card using this form:

Office staff will email you when your card is ready for pick up. 

Please note that replacement students cards are only printed once per week.

We will only provide 1 replacement card. Any additional requests will have a fee associated with them.
