Course Changes 2026/2027

To request a timetable change, students must complete this Google Form. Once the form has been submitted, students will be contacted by email with an appointment time to meet with Student Services. Appointments will be scheduled in the order that requests are received.

The deadline to submit the form is Thursday, September 8 at 2:40 p.m. Please submit your request as soon as possible to maximize the opportunity to be placed in your preferred classes.

Please note that only requests where a timetable change is absolutely necessary will be reviewed.

Timetable changes will not be made based on teacher preferences or requests to be placed in classes with friends.

Forms

  • The Student Declaration for External Course Registration form must be completed by HDSB students registering for a course through an external provider. It ensures the credit is eligible for inclusion on their Ontario Student Transcript and outlines important responsibilities and deadlines for students, families, and schools.
  • The eLearning opt out form form allows parents/guardians or eligible students to formally opt out of the Ontario eLearning graduation requirement, which mandates two online course credits as part of the OSSD.
