Please note: If you are a current Nelson student and are in need of a transcript please stop by Student Services or email Mrs. Lukasik directly at lukasika@hdsb.ca.
External Transcript Requests:
We are able to supply a transcript from this location only if the LAST high school you attended was:
-Nelson High School
-Robert Bateman High School
-Lord Elgin High School
-General Brock High School
*If you went to any other high school AFTER attending any of these schools, please contact them for your official transcript.
*If you went to Gary Allan Learning Center after attending any of these schools, please click here to order your transcript.
To order a transcript from Nelson:
1. Complete the official HDSB Request for Transcript Form.
2. Email the completed request form and a copy of your photo id for proof of identity to Andrea Lukasik at lukasika@hdsb.ca. You will be notified once your transcript is ready.
3. Pay the required fee. The transcript fee is $20 for two copies and $5 for each additional copy. Cash or money order are acceptable.
4. If you live locally you can bring payment directly to the school and pick the transcript up. If you do not live locally please send payment to:
