P.L. Robertson PS students take action against plastic pollution and textile waste

Students from P.L. Robertson PS teacher Abbe Horowitz's class have decided to take action against plastic pollution and textile waste. The students cleaned up garbage they found outside, created posters, wrote to their MPP and are holding the school's first clothing "shwap" (a combination of shop and swap) on May 8, 2025. The students were even recognized for their efforts by receiving a provincial scroll. Congratulations to Abbe and these incredible students for their amazing work towards sustainability!
