Grade 5 students at Viola Desmond PS participated in Civix Canada Student Vote on Feb. 26. Through this hands-on experience, students are learning the importance of civic engagement and making their voices heard. While their votes don’t count in the official election, they are gaining valuable insight into the democratic process.
