Staff Census Results

​​​​​​​​​​​​The HDSB Staff Census asked employees to report on various aspects of their identity including ethnicity, indigeneity, language, race, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation and disability. In addition to identity-based questions, staff were asked about their experiences with respect to inclusion, safety and sense of belonging. All data was collected on a voluntary basis and in accordance with laws governing privacy and confidentiality.​​​​
