2017 Growth Plan for the Greater Golden Horseshoe, Halton’s population is expected to grow to 820,000 by the year 2031 and 1,000,000 in 2041.
Halton Region is located between Hamilton and Toronto and stretches from the shore of Lake Ontario north to Halton Hills.
