How do I know what my user group category is?

How can my group prove our not-for-profit status?
To claim not-for profit status groups must submit:
- A registered charitable organization number as provided by Canada Revenue Agency.
How are user groups prioritized?
Where user groups desire the same time frame and the same location, the following factors will be taken into consideration:
- User Group category,
- Potential for alternate venues and the previous history of the user,
- Long-term booking vs. singe use booking
What does it cost to use school facilities?
The rental rates can be accessed under the download section to the right.
What if I need to make changes to my rental permit?
Changes can be made to the permit in eBase. Please follow the instructions in the customer video to alter your permit and enter your request under the discussion option in your permit.
What if I have questions about my rental permit?
Enter your question under the 'discussion' option in your permit and the rental office will respond.
Once I submit a request is it approved?
No, there may be other requests ahead of yours awaiting approval.
How long will it take before my request is approved?
Depending on when you input your request it could take 2-3 weeks.
How will I know if my permit is approved?
You will receive an email notification once your permit has been approved. There may be some dates missing from your original request, be sure to check the dates in the listing. Also, your permit status in the software will change from 'pending' to 'approved'.
