Seating is strictly limited to 60 persons in our public gallery on a first-come, first-served basis.

The public is reminded that Board meetings and observers do not have an opportunity to speak at or during the meeting unless they are scheduled to present or delegate before the Board.
Members of the public wishing to make a presentation to the Board of Trustees of the Halton District School Board - either at a regularly scheduled Board meeting, or a special delegation evening - are requested to follow the delegation process outlined in the
Communicating with Trustees and Delegating the Board Governance Procedure.
